How to use
To care for the enamel and remove stains, brush your teeth for 2 to 3 minutes at least 3 times a day, preferably after every meal and before going to bed. Daily brushing will help to keep the mouth clean. For delicate or sensitive gums, we recommend brushing soft and alternating the use of this toothpaste with your usual toothpaste. If you feel discomfort during or after brushing, discontinue use.
